Each repair job is fully trackable by means of an RMA (Repair Material Asset) or WRN (Web Repair Number) to minimize job delays and keep our customers informed of progress at all times. We have now successfully completed over 5000 laptop repairs and have 11 years experience in this industry.
One of our unique services is that we have our own "Component Level Repair" team. Component level repair means that our qualified electronics engineers are in most cases able to repair laptops without needing to buy major components such as motherboards, backlight inverter boards & screens by fixing micro-components on these items.

When you are ready, you can book your repair online (selected services only), book by telephone or visit us in person. Our repair turnaround is on average 5-7 days allowing a minimum 24 hour period for post repair testing.
