Payment Methods for UK customers
Our website is fully shopping basket enabled. All orders are processed through a
secure server using RSA approved 1024 bit secure certification – in simple terms no-one
can see your credit card details but us. When your order is received it will be held
pending stock allocation and it will then be billed as it leaved the premises.
Web/Telephone Ordering Guidelines
- Orders can only be shipped to the statement address. If you wish to have goods
shipped elsewhere then you must ring your credit card company to authorize the
alternative address
- Notebooks UK does not accept orders with Mobile Telephone numbers as the only point
of contact
- Notebooks UK does not accept orders from webmail addresses ie @yahoo.com @hotmail.co.uk etc
- Notebooks UK may require a copy of your statement & a current utility bill on selected orders
- Delivery drivers may ask for proof of ID (e.g., driving licence, passport) and will take the
recipient's digital photograph on selected orders

Other Methods of Payment for UK customers:
- Cheque with 5 day clearance payable to CNP
- Telegraphic transfer
- Cash deposit into HSBC account (ask for details)
All the above applies to customers from N Ireland, surrounding UK Isles and N Scotland – we do
however charge a delivery premium for these areas as all items have to be delivered
by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

- Credit Card order with photograph of the front & back
of your credit card and a copy of a recent credit card statement
- We regret we are unable to offer web purchasing at this time as we cannot
authenticate orders – however EU customers may telephone/email orders. Notebooksuk
will advise delivery charges at the time of sale
